  torch of the innovative Michael Hedges, brings a contemporary fingers
 tyle approach to his own spirited original works. Robertson, with equa
 lly stunning fingerstyle technique, updates the tradition of country g
 entlemen such as Chet Atkins and Merle Travis through the teachings of
  his late mentor Buster B. Jones. Hayden, the wildcard electric flat-p
 icker of the trio, demonstrates a mature adaptability that shows signs
  of his jazz upbringing and eclectic work as a sideman to numerous art
 ists. Andrew, Brooks and Chance will each perform solo works while als
 o coming together as a trio and in duo variations. Fans of guitar musi
