From the JFFA website: "On a Memorial Day Weekend in 1994, the very first Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts was launched and Port Angeles was never quite the same. Eighteen wonderful years later, we want to welcome you once more to this annual celebration that will amaze and delight you with its quality, diversity and just plain fun.
Visit our Performers page and we believe you’ll agree that the level of artistry at this year’s Festival is truly incredible. And one of the best deals on the planet just became better. For the first time we are offering discounted advance tickets for as low as $40. That’s $10 a day, folks!
There are several other innovations this year. Consolidating our Festival, we are discontinuing the more remote stages but have added a new downtown venue, Studio Bob. Also, for those who can never get enough, we’ve added “Juan de Fuca After-Hours in the Clubs.” We’re talking non-stop, multi-stage entertainment for as much as 14 hours a day.
With a beautiful setting nestled snugly between the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, four days and nights of unparalleled artistry, a street fair filled with a garden of earthly delights and so much more, it probably seems too good to be true. So… come one, come all, families and folks of all ages, and find out for yourself. Welcome to the 18th Annual Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts!".
